Safety Hints for in and around the Home

• Is your Alarm in a good working condition and does it fulfill your needs, as well as your insurance requirements?
• Is your Property safe with regard to lighting, fencing, good quality locks etc?
• Do you have good Communication to the Police (Do you know the number?), neighbours, family, friends etc.?
• Are your Personal belongings such as jewellery safely locked away in a safe place and cataloged?
• Consider your Daily Routine to ensure that burglars cannot easily plan their actions.
• Are you and your family Personally Prepared eg. what do you keep at hand to protect yourselves against attackers such as Pepper Spray or a Shock Device?
• Does your family have a Strategy should something go wrong while you are at home or away from home eg. do neighbours have spare keys?
• Have you recently had a good look at the Area in which you live, access to it, the nearest Police Station, Bad Elements, Suspicious Actions?
